Guidance Coordinator: Vocational

FULL TIME, TERM TIME plus 5 additional working days
START DATE: ASAP
HOURS OF WORK: 8.30 a.m. - 4.30 p.m.
SALARY: S14 of the Support Staff pay spine currently £31,954 per annum, pro rata (actual; £28,660 per annum)

Purpose of the position

We are seeking to recruit a Guidance Coordinator (Student Experience) to our pastoral and Guidance team to join a team of 3 other Guidance Coordinators, each with an area of key responsibility.

As a Guidance Coordinator, you will act as a Personal Tutor to 5 blocks / groups of students (approximately 120 students). 

The key aim of the post is to ensure that Personal Tutors, Assistant Senior Tutors and Senior Tutors receive high-quality information throughout the year so that they make informed decisions and take appropriate action with students. This will involve working within the Guidance Team to provide data analysis and proactive monitoring of compliance with College systems.
